Jeannine spent part of her early years in Kitty Hawk before relocating to the Orlando area, establishing long-standing ties to Florida. She is a graduate of Florida Southern College, where she laid the groundwork for her professional career.

Now residing in the Charlotte area, Jeannine values being close to her family, including her two adult sons, their spouses, and her grandchild.
