Oliver Hoffmann is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 25 years of international experience building and scaling successful brokerages. Fluent in four languages, he grew up in England, Switzerland, Germany, and France, relocated to the United States in 2003, and became a U.S. citizen in 2008.
Throughout his career, Oliver has founded and led five successful real estate brokerages across Europe and the United States. His journey began in 1999 with the launch of a brokerage in Cannes, France, in the prestigious Côte d’Azur, which grew to more than 15 agents and over 100 listings before being strategically sold. He later established and sold a prominent brokerage in Charlotte, North Carolina, after successfully navigating the 2008 financial crisis.
Oliver is also the founder of Pompano Beach Realty and Gainesville Realty in Florida, both recognized for their modern approach and client-focused service. Building on this success, he launched One Charlotte Realty, bringing global perspective, strategic insight, and proven leadership to the Charlotte real estate market.
In addition to real estate, Oliver is a commercial pilot with a Learjet type rating and has flown extensively throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
