All affiliated agents, broker associates, and independent contractors of One Charlotte Realty, Inc., including both new and existing agents, are required to review, acknowledge, and comply with all brokerage policies, agreements, procedures, and compliance documents as a mandatory condition of their continued affiliation with the brokerage. For agents already affiliated with the brokerage, continued affiliation, conducting business under the brokerage, receiving compensation, using brokerage services, or representing the brokerage in any capacity constitutes full acceptance of all current and future policies, procedures, agreements, and Broker directives, whether previously signed or newly implemented.

Agent Affiliation Acknowledgment

I understand and agree that my affiliation with One Charlotte Realty, Inc. is governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement, the Policies & Procedures Manual, and all current and future brokerage policies, procedures, rules, and Broker directives.

By submitting this form, electronically acknowledging, affiliating with the brokerage, conducting real estate activities, receiving compensation, or otherwise remaining active with One Charlotte Realty, Inc., I affirmatively acknowledge that I have been provided access to, have reviewed or have had the opportunity to review, and agree to be legally bound by all such documents and policies.

I understand that brokerage policies, procedures, and directives may be updated, modified, or amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Broker. Notice of such changes may be provided via email, brokerage platform, or other reasonable means. My continued affiliation with the brokerage, performance of real estate services, or receipt of compensation following such notice shall constitute my acceptance of any updates or modifications.

I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor and not an employee of the brokerage, and I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the rules and regulations of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, as well as all supervision requirements established by the Broker-in-Charge.


I agree to comply with all brokerage policies, including but not limited to:

  • Policies & Procedures Manual
  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and all advertising and copyright laws
  • Advertising, marketing, and social media guidelines
  • Commission, fee, and transaction policies
  • Broker supervision and transaction review requirements

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my actions, omissions, advertising, representations, and conduct in the course of my real estate activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Charlotte Realty, Inc., its Broker, and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my conduct, negligence, violations of law, or failure to comply with brokerage policies.

I understand that failure to comply with brokerage policies, applicable laws, or Broker directives may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to fines, required education, suspension, termination of affiliation, and/or financial responsibility for damages or losses incurred by the brokerage.

I agree that my electronic acknowledgment, continued affiliation, or conduct of business with the brokerage constitutes a legally binding acceptance of these terms. This acknowledgment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, financial responsibility, termination of affiliation, and any other remedies available to the brokerage under North Carolina law.
