International Background & Early Life

A true global citizen, Oliver Hoffmann grew up across Europe, living in England, Switzerland, Germany, and France. Fluent in four languages, he developed a deep understanding of diverse cultures and markets early on. He relocated to the United States in 2003 and became a U.S. citizen in 2008, combining his European roots with American opportunity.

Proven Real Estate Success

Oliver’s real estate career began in 1999 when he founded his first brokerage in Cannes, located in the prestigious Côte d’Azur—also known as the French Riviera. The company quickly grew into a successful operation with 15 agents, a dedicated manager, and more than 100 active listings before being strategically sold.

In 2003, he expanded into the U.S. market by launching a brokerage in Miami, Florida. After navigating the challenges of the 2008 financial crisis, Oliver made a strategic move to Charlotte, North Carolina—recognizing the city’s stability and growth potential. Within five years, he built and sold another successful brokerage, solidifying his reputation as a skilled operator and visionary leader.

Continued Growth & Expansion

In 2013, Oliver returned to South Florida and founded Pompano Beach Realty, a modern and innovative brokerage serving the coastal market. Alongside this success, he also operates Gainesville Realty, further expanding his footprint across key real estate markets.

Building on this momentum, Oliver launched One Charlotte Realty with a mission to reshape the real estate experience for agents, buyers, and sellers. His goal is to provide flexible, cost-effective solutions while empowering real estate professionals to maximize their success.
